New Year’s Resolutions

It’s nearly 2019 – maybe it already is by the time you read this – and you’ve been thinking about your New Year’s Resolutions, haven’t you?

Do you want to lose weight, get fit, fancy a challenge? We can’t promise the weight bit, but exercise helps. However, on the 1st May Bank Holiday Monday the Hot Chilli Triathlon Club host its very successful Big T triathlon. A pool based swim, followed by a cycle on nearby roads and a run. Sign up now, then come and join us for some training too.

We have swimming sessions 5 times a week, a group turbo, a coached run session, as well as a couple of club organised, but not coached, run and cycle sessions.  Don’t worry – you can choose how many sessions you come along to! For more information on joining.

The Hot Chillis are a great, fun, club for all abilities. You might be super speedy at one element, or plod along through all 3 elements. You may not want to compete at all, but want to train with others. Come along and meet us! We’re a friendly bunch.
